Agua de Jamaica Tradicional

(Traditional Mexican Hibiscus Tea)

Instructions:

1.- Add 2 cups of dried hibiscus flowers to 4 cups of water

2.- Bring to a boil,  reduce heat to low and 

let it simmer for 10 minutes. 

3.-Remove from heat.  Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.

4.-Strain into a pitcher.

5.-Add remaining 4 cups of water and sugar to taste.

5.-Serve chilled over ice.
